Billie Ruth Grosvenor, 93, of Waterloo, Il passed away May 6, 2026 in Belleville, Il Billie was born to James and Irene (nee McCormick) Bradshaw on January 7, 1933.
She married Rex Grosvenor February 17, 1950. They were married 73 years when he passed away (September 13, 2023)
She is survived by; Daughter Beverly (Dennis) Tochtrop her children Matthew Tochtrop and Keri (Jeffrey Vick) Tochtrop. Son Michael (Carla) Grosvenor his children Nicole (Brad) Everett Traci (Ernie) Setzer and Laura (Tom) Neff; her deceased daughter Barbara McDermotts’s children Michele (Brian) Dickneite, Melissa Hapgood, Aaron (Andrea) Brandt, Megan (Shawn) Shadle and Morgan McDermott, 10 great grand children and 2 great great grandsons, Brother Kenneth Bradshaw, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Billie was preceded in death by her husband Rex Grosvenor, her parents, daughter Barbara McDermott, Sister Ione Rogers and Brother James V. Bradshaw, Son-in-Law Douglas Fischer.
Billie also had 6 brothers and sisters who did not live past 3 years old.
A special Thank You to the Freeburg (LaBella) Care Center for their care they gave Billie for almost 2 years. She enjoyed her time doing the activites and entertainment they provide.
No services will be held per her request.
